ITEAD always expects to bring a good delivery experience to our customers, so we have been liaising closely with DHL Express (Expedited Shipping on ITEAD) in an effort to reduce freight rates, where there’s a will, there’s a way. We successfully applied for Emergency Situation Surcharge (ESS) removal benefits for our customers, which will greatly reduce the logistics costs at DHL, effective as of the 1st of April 2023 until further notice.
