Warranty and Returns
The warranty applies to all items on the ITEAD website.
1. 7-Day Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee
Items exchanges are only available for items that you received in a non-human damaged or non-working condition or the item is not what you ordered is incorrectly shipped to you. To confirm what the issue is, the picture or video proof of the issue is a must. After we confirm it is DOA, we will resend a new one for free (we will assume shipping cost) within 7 days or you can ask for a full refund.
If there is necessary to return the products for exchange or refund, our support center will provide RMA authorization for you to send the product back, after returning the item, we will resend a new one for free (we will assume shipping cost) within 7 days or you can ask for a full refund. The freight receipt of purchase is required if you return the item. we recommend that you choose the airmail method to ship the product. If use DHL, UPS, TNT or FedEx, the return shipping cost is at the customer’s own expense.
2.30-Day Money Back Guarantee
To improve your shopping experience in ITEAD, we have return and exchange worry-free policy for some products (giveaways are not included) within 30-day of the item purchase date (For example, customers don’t like the product or order a wrong item). please check the following details.
2.1 For non-quality issues(such as personal reason), customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process.
2.2 The returned product must be the same as the package sent, and the product is not damaged (the outer packaging is not opened, the product is not used, etc.), and does not affect the second sale.
2.3 If you do not want to pay high import duties on the return package, please avoid selecting an express mail service like DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, and similar ones.
3.1 Year Warranty
Within 1 year from the date of order, products that are damaged by non-human factors can be submitted to support center and will be reissued after our company evaluates and confirms that it is a quality problem. In this case, we will bear the freight for replacement. If it is not possible to confirm whether there is a product problem, the customer needs to return the product for inspection for responsibility assessment.
The above terms only apply to all products purchased on ITEAD STUDIO’s official website (https://itead.cc)No compensation is available in the following cases:
1)Damage and natural degenerate due to wear in item’s use are at the customer’s own expense.
2)No compensation and repair for items damaged by customers and misuse beyond the warranty period.
3)Flash firmware, modify, remove or customize items.
4)Provide subjective or unacceptable reasons to ask for a refund.
5)Return and replacement request without RMA authorization.
If need to refund, ITEAD STUDIO will process the refund within 3-6 days upon receiving the returned item. The refund time will depend on the payment method. Please see details below:
PayPal refund will take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account.
Credit card refund will take between 5-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your credit card company and intermediaries
