Entry level cam

No doubt they fulfill the basic requirements of recording to the SD card onboard. I bought 2 of them as an addition to a number of IP cameras that record to an NVR locally. I'm struggling to get the sonoff cams to play nicely with the existing system.

Nice product from Sonoff

Regardless of being the entry level camera for Sonoff, the addition of human movement detection, bidirectional audio and siren sound makes it a very interesting product.

A Bargain and Perfect as usual

Itead products are great.
I bought two of these cameras to watch my garage doors, which are operated from another Sonoff device.
The price was great, and the Delivery was fast. They were easy to set up. They work great,
The only possible improvement could be a wider view angle, but it is fine for what I want.

Problem z aplikacją eWeLink

Po każdym uruchomieniu kamery przez aplikację eWeLink telefon ( samsung galaxy S24 ultra) wycisza dźwięki i tylko wyczyszczenie pamięci RAM pozwala na ponowne odzyskanie kontroli nad dźwiękami w telefonie.

Firmware issues

The camera is a nice product, but it seems that the firmware was rushed to get the product to market. Some of the obvious problems I found on eWeLink software over the last 2 months that I had the product:
1. Human detection: The camera frequently gives a false trigger when my cats walk past the viewing area.
2. Motion detection alarm only work on 24 hour mode. If you set a custom time, the motion alarm don't trigger.
3. Playback of alarms: It is very difficult to navigate between the alarms. They should improve the interface.
4. Alarm notifications: I often get the alarm notifications late, but it might be a problem with my phone or wifi.
I check weekly for new firmware, but so far nothing new. If Sonoff can fix the these problems, then it would be a great home security device and I will buy more of these cameras for my house.

Firmware update caused picture to not show

Updated the firmware on 1 of the cameras. Detection and network connection is fine, however the app now just shows black for the camera or doesn't show at all

Could you offer us the device id of the camera? And we also send you an email to confirm this problem, please check and reply us so we can help to find a solution.

Buona videocamera

Prodotto buono sotto quasi tutti gli aspetti, purtroppo non lato registrazione. La registrazione locale viene fatta salvando tanti file (se non sbaglio 5 min l'uno) di conseguenza se si vuole registrare un periodo lungo diventa un po' scomodo perchè bisogna manualmente mettere assieme tutti i video, inoltre mi da sempre problemi con la SD, dopo un po (che registri oppure no) non la riconosce più e smette di registrare, direi quindi non adatto alla registrazione.
