Good unit, but the colors are off compared to a 5 in Nextion

This is a great product. Easy to program, once you do it a few times. Lots for help online. Unfortunately the colors are all wrong on my display. Grey's have a brown to purple tone. Green and blue are washed out. The colors on the 5 inch that I have look correct.

Easy to use in simpe scenarios

Simulator and real display go well together.
I'm still testing and programming, it will take some time.
Simple scenarios are implemented easy and quickly.
Sometimes the programming is a bit tricky and needs some detours, especially with global variables and types.
I hope that the programming environment will be expanded and improved.

Works as expected

Received the display within 2 weeks (Germany), additional taxes (18,60Eur) applied.
Resistive touch is unprecise and needs quite a bit of pressure, but this is expected.
Nextion software is a bit awkward sometimes, but still everything can be solved.

Great capacitive touch display

I have bought each version of this display from regular to enhanced and not intelligent.
These displays are beautiful and touch predictable.

they are pricey and the software leaves a bit to be wished for; however, my software
is rather complicated and it does function.

There are new keypads, and unfortunately, they are locked and there are things I cannot fix but have to live with.
For example, the value that is on the control that triggers them gets displayed when the keypad comes up.
This is suboptimal, for example, I can have my control value be 0 but then the first item in the keypad is 0.
granted, the resulting value doesn't care (with the leading zero) but it doesn';t look good.
Also. it would be nice to change the value on a key, for example "." and "-".

The speed is really great for uploads. I hooked up hardware through a usb-ttl adapter:at 25,000 baud

with a switch so that I can readily flip the switch to upload new firmware and flip it back to run on my processor.

All of my (probably about 15) displays arrived in perfect order as advertised.
