SONOFF NSPanel Pro Smart Home Control Panel-120 Type

ho appena completamente restaurato casa e lo resa smart completamente da interruttori tx a tutti i sensori in catalogo SONOFF e posso dire che è fantastico!! con NsPanel 120 ho avuto un problema con la spedizione ma il servizio clienti e stato fantastico rispedendo NsPanel in un attimo!

False alarms. The door sensors report false alarms about every 10 minutes so the security feature is unusable. Enable it if you do not need to sleep.
Poor user interface design. While you can change the panel setting to Fahrenheit, if you have any temp & humidity sensors, they will display Celsius, not matter what the global setting is.
The Zigbee bridge is advertised as wide coverage, but my devices go offline quite often. Once a device was offline for hours even when it was within arm’s reach of the NS Panel. I bought a Zigbee button and some of the scenes do not execute consistently. The tech couldn’t provide an answer.
Poor customer service, I’ve trying to solve multiple problems since early January. They will send you links to videos instead of trying to help you. They do not know even basic troubleshooting such as update the app to the newest version. They said that the false alarms with the door sensors were caused due to the device going offline which is not accurate. My router is reporting an uptime since it was rebooted. Are they just making up stuff for customers that don’t know better? They also said that many of the problems will be fixed in a future version. Why put a unit in the market that is not ready? And even worse, why advertise features that do not work? Their solution was to offer me a 10% discount coupon. Why would I want to buy more headaches?

I really wanted to like this, and if it worked like it should, I'd buy 5 of them and tell everyone about it. The hardware is decent, but sadly the firmware is rubbish.

The most annoying thing is that it keeps on falling off the wifi, requiring me to restart the device multiple times until it works again, for maybe 2 days, a week if I'm lucky. "No Internet" when you try to turn a device on or off. That only has to happen once or twice and everyone will just ignore it.

Firmware updates have happened, but they don't actually tell you what the change is, and sometimes there's no record at all of the version you've installed.

It sort of works with Home Assistant, but the screen is so small that it's unusable. Need to be able to zoom 2x, but of course you can't do that. It's like no one actually tested this with a typical, basic Home Assistant Dashboard.

Maybe it will improve, maybe it won't. I wouldn't buy one until some of these issues are fixed.

Until then, it's an expensive clock on the wall, pretending to be smart. 🙁

I received the product and completed its installation. I use 6 temperature sensors and zb relay with the product. I defined 6 thermostats for 6 rooms. Thermostats work manually, but when I define automatic mode, the product crashes. Thermostats page does not open and thermostats are deleted in the mobile application. It also fails when I try to redefine it. I have to reset the product.

Its a great product, good quiality, good materials, provide good picture quality and adequate response time on the screen.
I use it for Home Assistant. Unfortunately zigbe2mqtt does not support its router mode yet, hopefully it will soon (HA Zigbee does support it already).

By the way it was a great experience that when I rescheduled the delivery of the product I got an email from customer support how can they support (delivery company resported my reschedule req as undelivered). So this shows an exceotuinal customer care what is really great!

Ottimo per avere tutto sotto mano senza app. Ma se usato come termostato ha dei limiti :
-regolazione temperatura (isteresi) arriva solo a 0,5 , sarebbe utile avere 0,2 o 0,3
- numero di programmazioni orarie è limitato. Un problema se si usa per creare più termostati.

Ottimo per avere tutto sotto mano senza app. Ma se usato come termostato ha dei limiti :

It is Ok but would have expected a more responsive touch screen, as i have to press the screen buttons a few time to trigger the event,
Loading camera is very Slow
Would have loved it to support the webcast pages , instead of the limited user templates supplied.
