Can’t believe how well the relay works and how cheap it was

Works as advertised. Had some trouble getting eWeLink to work on my old phone, but worked like a charm on a tablet.

When ordering make sure to ALSO order the sensor. I, mistakenly, assumed it was included.

This is a good quality item and works wel, but the functionality is limitied. You can set a on and an off temperature for it to operate at, but you cannot set a time schedule also. And if it isn't in Auto then it's hard to know what it is doing. Some unkonwn icon on the front is AUTO mode, but this is not obvious. Setup and programming temperatures works well and is easy.

Good item. You have to add screen back light!

The item is fully suited for description.
Like usual ,everything is working fine.
One issue - back light for screen.
There is no backlight and it's hard to see at night the values.
The second, application doesn't have a various time foe show, only 24 hours.

It's great product but since it's positioned to be installed inside the electrical panel, the screen and on/off button are useless.
There should be a seamless way to link another Sonoff switch with this device and work in sync i.e. to have a miniR4 or TX Ultimate that will act as switch of the TX Elite switch and work in sync (not through scenes).
Another option would be to have a wired product that can be used as interface for TH Elite to show the temperature and have a switch.

Very often loses contact with the temperature sensor and I have to unplug the clip and the sensor from it s position to start reading again
What am I doing wrong?

There are several problems I encountered:

I think there is a logical error in the functioning with the automation activated with a time interval (e.g. 09.00 - 11.00 every day set on a temperature between 15 and 16 C°): at 09.00 the automation is activated correctly by turning on the device, but at 11.00 - if the TH Elite is on at that moment, when the time expires the device will stay on indefinitely! (it doesn't even turn off when the temperature exceeds 16 C°!). The only way to be sure that at the end of the period indicated above the TH switches off, is to insert a further time interval immediately following (e.g. from 11.01) which, with the appropriate temperature parameters, can switch off the device, but I believe that this method is completely unfeasible, it would instead be appropriate to be able to decide within the parameters of the automatism, which state to assume at the end of the indicated period (on/off/invert/current state).
I discovered this, which I believe could be a malfunction, from a client of mine who intended to automate a bread-making process that develops in several phases with different temperatures for a total period of 3 days. What should I propose to my customer, to switch to another brand?

Management and display on eWeLink needs to be thoroughly reviewed:
first of all, when the display in "automatic" mode is active, there is no display of the device's ignition status, this is a very serious fault!
In the same way but on the contrary, if you are in "normal" mode there is no indication of whether the automatism is active or inactive (almost as serious as the previous one!)
The possibility of inserting more than one period of the automation already exists, but the activation/deactivation and naming of each period must be added, furthermore the active periods with the relative parameters must be shown on the main screen of the device, also allowing more access direct and facilitated for the modification of the parameters themselves.

Compared to the previous points, it is proposed to consider the simultaneous management and visualization in a single screen of the two different "managements" (automation/no automation), with which everything could be clearer and with more immediate operability.

eWeLink Web Problems:
several months have passed and the management of the TH Elite still doesn't work correctly in the scenes. At first the device was not recognized (next to the trigger line appeared "Temporarily not supported"); the problem was solved after a long time, but then another one immediately appeared: when using the TH Elite as a trigger eWeLink Web does not allow saving the scene! (against the subscription paid by me, this problem reported several times has not yet been resolved, making it effectively impossible to use it via the Web!).

Very serious: in the App there are 9 automatic scenes, in the web application I find only 5! Problem reported.

The official advertising also viewed with video presents eWeLink Web as something that allows greater possibilities than the App, but in reality, with the exception of the Cast service (Beta!), there are fewer possibilities for managing the "time", "timer" and "cyclic timer", and the management of the parameters of each device is in deficit compared to the Android version.

Finally, I don't understand why there is still not even a SONOFF device powered by 230 Volts (Eg. Minir2, r3, ...), with a CLEAN CONTACT! The TH Elite meets this need, but the price is high and it cannot be used in a standard plastic wall box.

What described represents my first approach to SONOFF products: if you are able to solve at least the most serious problems in a very short time, maybe I can consider continuing to work for the satisfaction of my customers using SONOFF products, otherwise I will test other devices brands.
