Received a generic (maybe fake) unit

I ordered 2 of these units. One worked well, the other units has a generic firmware. There is no way to change the unit (F or C) in the device. It is always showing C. It also does not indicated the manufacturer and firmware. I would have given this 5 stars now I will just give it 2 stars.

May I know which Zigbee hub did you use?
Please try to delete the device and pair it again check if the firmware and manufacture would be back or not.
And for the unit problem, did you try to press twice on the SNZB-02D back button, check if the unit could change or not.

A new level

Easy to connect, long battery duration but it is possible to pair with sonoff valve what take the product to a higher level. I have one outside and comparible with google home what le me create automarions. Only point to improve, inteface with google home doent show temperature and humedity in the same screen... Fine tuning to be done here in the interface with google home, borh data in the same screen would be the correct settting in my view.

Shockingly affordable for a device with a display

These are handy to put anywhere you are interested in monitoring the environment. The display is large and easy-to-read. Includes what you need to mount it. Use of a CR2450 promises much longer life than the more typical CR2032 - has about 2.5x the capacity.

Great update of the SNZB-02. Accurate and nice to be able to read the temperature without using the app. Also great idea with the magnet and a stand if you want to move it around.
Great little gadget that also can be used to control indoor climate using automation.

Zigbee AND a display! Best of both worlds

I love these units. Quick switch between F and C, easy to read display, and remote abilities with Zigbee. Wall mount or stand. I can see more of these in my future.
