I live in USA and purchased this EU product by accident. Ask for help and they answered that is impossible to honor the warranty because the Shipping prices involved,. USA customers; DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM CHINA, DO'NT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!!!

Please kindly send back the EU socket, so we can arrange a US socket.
