What can I say about these I bought 5 and have no problem whatsoever. I even managed to boost the signal all the way to the shed witch is 25+foot from the house. I will be buying more.
Works perfectly with z2mqtt and no stability issues over 6 months.
They work great, they mesh together and work quickly. Until they don't.
Sometimes they just hang, then it's not even possible to switch them on or off using the button.
I have to unplug them every month or so.
Besides that, it works and it's one of the cheapest Zigbee plugs available.
Added to Home assistant via Sonoff zigbee 3.0 dongle usb and working in just 30 seconds
Devices not recommended. Especially when you're looking for something with router capability. These plugs hang after a day or two of operation and disable the end devices that depend on them, even using a Sonoff Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus as coordinator for Home Assistant (+Zigbee2mqtt). Unfortunately they are a waste of money.
The router functionality appears to be problematic:
As a smart plug I found that it was reliable - worked with Philips Hue and Home Assistant / Sonoff Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus
It worked for a couple of days, but it kept dropping the connection with my Zigbee controller. Now I can't even get it to pair at all. I would like to try a factory reset on the device, but I can't find instructions anywhere for how to do that.
Deleting the device on the eWeLink app indicates you restore it to factory setting.
I installed the plug. No big issue.
As I'm using ewelink, I had to go through my gateway.
but I cannot have the same functionality as other emelink supported devices, as for example the "plug status" when there is an electricity shut down. I have less functions and cannot decide how the plug status should be after electricity is back (ON / OFF / same as previous state).
It is not working with a home assistant as a router/repeater, the radio rx/tx are very weak.
