I just got this, and installed it. So far it seems like a great unit. Feels very nice, not cheap feeling. It paired to my Hubitat easily, and is able to be controlled by it with very little delay and no connection issues. (It's on the other end of my house than the Hubitat, probably relaying through an Ikea Zigbee repeater or two that I have in the house.)
I have a fan plugged into mine. Controlled on a delayed-off timer by a Sonoff button and a Hubitat rule.
These Sonoff Zigbee devices are great, I haven't had an issue with any of them and they're great value.
